Looks OK, for a show vehicle. My concern would be the loss of light output due to the blacked out areas. The headlights will no longer illuminate the area they are supposed to (dangerous) and the taillights will not be as bright (also dangerous).
That concerned me too, which is why I decided to not blackout the entire lens, and only went a few coats to let light through when the bulbs are on at night.
If it wasn't 26 degrees i'd go take a picture, so another night, but they are brighter and more focused since the open areas are directly in front of the bulb locations.
I also installed HP bulbs in the brake-lights and turn signals, and a full 55w HID kit is in the headlights.
Although the 3rd brake light is giving me power issues so not sure how it turned out.
The lamps Have also been re-aimed for the correct road pattern, I just get more of a focused trail now.
As for making them, i used masking tape, a steady hand, a razor, and 2 cans of rattle paint: 1 Black Lacquer, and a Spray on clear coat.
Took maybe an hour a lens.
Glad you guys like them!
