Mike, they used a frame reinforcement on body sides of the uni-body rails that goes from under the front bumper to behind the rear front spring shackle mounts.they also used a bracket to turn the steering box and reinforced it .it's not a divorced transfercase your looking at also,it's an adapter that pathfinder designed to go between the uni-body rails and it has an extension housing at the back of the tranny to the transfercase.it's a np205 transfer caseall gear drive which is the best to go with for the money.as far as transferring everything over to the other van,you have to be a good welder ,and that's after you carfully sawzall and grind down the parts you remove !

Mike, there also another way to go,you can go to BOULDEROFFROADVANS.COM and buy a complete 4wd conversion kit with everything for $2400 and transfer the parts over, but ,you'll have to get a different adapter from advance adapters in cali to get rid of the tail section between the trans and transfer case.so total parts your lookin at around 3k to do it.

I. Will sure look at it . That a good option I didn't realize that there were kits like . But I think we are going to get it into the shop and tear in to it and see how bad the rust is. I have been checking on line to see what body panels and there are a lot. I wonder if they are thicker steel on the different company's or which ones fit better , thanks for the info

Looks great mike but I do have a question I see the plates running up from the pipes to the rockers but how did you attach those plates to the rockers I see the bolts but what are they biting on?
