Yeah.. I did some more digging and the 255/60 would have the same width as the old 255/70, but be around 2" smaller total radius (~1" more clearance between the tire and fender). That should be good enough. I'll hammer the lip of the fender a little more too to try to help the situation.

I used the bottom of 2 coolers & pined them together with wood slats. Put a blade in the top one inside to direct the fan air flow to the back. Also put a hose fitting on the bottom section near the top so if the ice melted it would run thru the hose & out the side of the van or into my cup for ice cold water.

Jason, I think I told you before that I put bags in the front springs and it just stiffend it up enough and do not have a problem with rubs any more and still rides great. I also never had a problem until I hit the highway and the dips at RxR, bridges, etc.

The video link did not work for me but good job on the qualifying.

You did mention the airbags Scott. I like the idea, but thought I was going to be able to get away without them.. Oh well. I wanted to get new front tires anyways. I've got 2 new Cooper Cobras on order in 255/60 instead of 255/70. That should help some for now, and also give it some more rake. Also going to work on the fenders some more. clearancing fenders is very common with the type of cars I'm used to, so shouldn't be a big deal..

This was at the end of my follow run in the tandems. Stock power 1UZ Cressida vs LS swap Turbo 350Z. I'm a little surprised I was able to maintain even this proximity.

Great site here for checking differences in tire size and you can set the offset and width on a set of wheels compaired to the ones you have and it tells you how much closer or farther away from the suspension it would be.
